I have another use for vinegar. We have a Boxer that we got at 6 weeks. Most of the house is tile with very little carpet. There were several times I couldn't get her outside fast enough and we had a few spots. Just soap and water didn't take the spots out well enough, so we used a black light flashlight, found the spots, used soap and water and clear vinegar and no more spots, the carpet looks great! I use vinegar in my mop bucket too.
