This recipe is barely a recipe...it's more of just a list of stacked ingredients in a tortilla. But sometimes it's not the recipe that's really so needed but the reminder that the recipe exists. I had this for lunch the other day after we had some left over smoked salmon from a sushi night. I enjoyed it so much I thought I would share.
Smoked Salmon Roll Up
tortilla (or the like)
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 Tbsp chives
chopped green onions
sliced green olives
sliced avacados
cucumber sticks
spring greens mix
and of course...smoked salmon!
Mix the cream cheese and chives with a fork
till it looks like this.
Then spread it on 1/2 of the tortilla
then sprinkle on some green onions
olives
cucumber and avocado
lettuce and salmon
Then roll it up and enjoy!
